Wood Fire Smoke is Coming to Stretford Town Centre

Wood Fire Smoke fires up plans for new Stretford Town Centre pizzeria.

Wood Fire Smoke is Coming to Stretford Town Centre

Independent family-run pizzeria Wood Fire Smoke is set to bring its much loved Neapolitan-style pizzas to Stretford Town Centre.

Inspired by the traditions and artistry of Naples, the Stretford restaurant will serve Neapolitan-style pizzas with dough made fresh every day and slow proved for 24-48 hours before being cooked in a wood-fired oven, creating Wood Fire Smoke’s signature light, airy, soft and tender crust.

The team uses quality ingredients including San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte mozzarella on the whole pizza menu, which ranges from the much loved classic Margherita to more contemporary options and regularly changing seasonal specials. The restaurant’s pillowy dough balls are also a firm favourite with customers.

The new restaurant will be the fifth one for the family owned business and has been designed to feel like an authentic Naples pizzeria.

It’ll be the kind of place for all occasions, from quick weekday lunches and family dinners to date nights, catch-ups with friends and big celebrations. Whether you’re bringing the kids, the grandparents or the whole gang, there’ll be a table for you.

Set to open this winter, we’re looking forward to welcoming another independent to the town centre.

Sam, founder of Wood Fire Smoke, said:

“We’ve always been very considered about how Wood Fire Smoke grows. For us, it’s about finding neighbourhoods that feel like the right fit rather than expanding simply for the sake of it. There’s a real sense of momentum in Stretford and so much happening in the town centre, which makes this a particularly exciting time for us to become part of the community.

“We’re really looking forward to getting to know Stretford and creating the same warm, welcoming neighbourhood pizzeria that our customers have come to know in our other restaurants.”
