The new destination will launch with four fantastic street food traders including the hugely popular fried chicken favourites South Manny Flavaz, artisanal coffee and ice cream specialists Neds Coffee, and local pizza experts Bakehouse 32. Micro bottle shop OFFY will also join the line up, serving a fine selection of cans and bottles alongside everyday staples such as fresh bread, veg boxes and snacks. The roster of traders will continue to evolve over time, with a rotating programme of vendors bringing fresh flavours and new experiences to visitors throughout the year.
The neighbourhood café, bar and bottle shop serving coffee, craft beers, cocktails and everyday essentials will be open from 8am, Tuesday to Sunday. And the main GRUB food hall and events space will be open Thursday and Friday from 4pm–10pm, Saturday from 12pm–10pm and Sunday from 12pm–6pm.
Alongside street food and drinks, you can expect a year-round programme of markets, live music, workshops, family activities, screenings and community events.
You can find the brand new space at the top of King Street and Sir Tony Lloyd Square will also be home to an epic big screen where relaxed world cup screenings will take place over the summer. The screenings will culminate with the final on 19th July. Throughout the World Cup, fans will be able to enjoy the fixtures alongside food and drink, before, during and after the event.
