‘Breaking Ground’ on 5th June, the works includes ambitious plans to reshape the shopping mall. The approved vision will create a thriving high street for independent businesses alongside national brands.
Whilst of long-term benefit to our scheme and the town centre, the current work on Kingsway is not part of our redevelopment project and is taking place totally independently of Bruntwood.

The redevelopment of King Street has been given the green light! The plans have been approved following extensive community engagements with local residents, stakeholders and businesses. The plans focus on attracting independent businesses and creating a thriving high street environment. Widespread landscaping will also provide green spaces for the community to enjoy and come together.
The social enterprise which supports vulnerable young people, N:GL, has found a home in Stretford Town Centre!
